Our services are professional advisory services that involve time, expertise, and preparation. Once a service has commenced or a consultation has been delivered, it is considered rendered and therefore non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.

Non-delivery: If we fail to provide the agreed service within the stated timeframe, and no rescheduling or alternative solution is accepted by you.

Technical error: If an online payment was processed incorrectly due to a platform or system malfunction.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

4. Cancellation of Appointments
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booked session:

You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment are non-refundable.

In some cases, we may offer a credit to reschedule within 14 days at our discretion.
